This was a tricky purchase due to some extenuating circumstances. Once again, he patiently walked us through the process and escrow closed on time. "Christian is a very passionate and sincere professional who helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Going into the purchase of our first home there were a lot of unknowns and the amount of information we were getting was a little over whelming. However, Christian took the time to explain everything in an easy-to-understand format and ran interference on a lot of issues between the seller and lender, so it didn't impact our day to day lives. We were in a bit of an awkward situation where the appraisal came in a lot less than what we offered due to multiple offer situation, and the seller wanted to back out of the sale. Christian told us to hold tight and within a day had worked out the details between himself, the seller, and the lender and it all worked out. We were able to buy the house for the appraised value 😊"

"Christian was perfect for the job; for the initial meeting he showed up fully prepared with comps and all of the necessary paperwork including a list of items we needed to prepare to get the process moving. His overview of the process was immensely helpful and allowed for us to clearly understand what we were about to engage in. Once the home was listed, he made sure we were aware of every showing and every detail so we could plan accordingly, if there was a scheduling challenge he made certain an appropriate compromise was made available so we could still maximize the traffic to the listing. Selling a home while coordinating a move is no small task, Christian made the process as simple as he could and ensured we knew what was going on every step of the way. We felt in control of the process not pressured to make decisions we were not comfortable with "

"I can't say enough about Christian and his team. After my parents passed away, I was overwhelmed with all of the calls, and letters to sell the house. After many months of anguish and trying to decide what to do, we decided to sell the house. After personally interviewing 5 realtors of the 30-40 I was contacted by, I chose Christian and his team. They were very sympathetic to my position and offered their services for above and beyond the call of duty. Including working with Estate sales, house cleaners, and the like. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and were able to quickly get the price I was looking for my parent’s home.
