1. I will sit down with you, evaluate your home and it's condition. We will come to an agreement on the (reserve) value of your home.

2. Discuss your time frame and any other needs you have. Schedule any potential repairs and upgrades. Schedule professional photos and possible drone and or matterport videos.

3. Once the marketing is ready we will launch your campaign using our Accelerated Process, which I will discuss with you in person.

4. We do not use a lock box and only show the property in a Covid compliant competitive atmosphere. This creates bidding wars even in a buyer's market!

5. Transparency -  I will also pay for a Home Inspection and a Termite Inspection, order a Preliminary Title report as well as a Natural Hazard Disclosure Report and do all of the disclosures in advance. When buyers and buyer's agents see all of the due diligence in advance they are making a much better decision on the property and their offer, they love it! But what we are really doing is is taking away a buyer's renegotiating leverage and helping them to not only decrease or remove their inspection contingencies but increase their offer price and helping them to close with No Buyer's remorse! This is transparency!
